Union Square Cookie Tour of Historic Homes
The famous Union Square Cookie Tour of Historic Homes began in 1985 as a fall house tour, where residents greeted scores of visitors from all over the Washington-Baltimore region. As the competition among house tours grew, the association moved the event closer to Christmastime and now consistently welcomes 500 guests to the neighborhood yearly (with the added bonus of homemade cookies!).
Proceeds from the event support the Association's upkeep of Union Square Park and various activities focused on engaging neighbors, We rely on events like the Cookie Tour to allow us to support our community and neighbors throughout the year.
